Singapore Papers Move Beyond Print July 8, 2007

A new generation of mobile, tech-savvy multi-taskers is not just consuming more media than ever, but getting it from numerous sources, and generating it too. In highly wired Singapore, almost half of all Internet users create their own content, and the number is expected to grow.

Gloom and doom has hovered over the news industry in recent years. But a flurry of innovations has turned the mood, and the consensus now is that the news business is alive and well. Who will survive, who will win?
